• How will my order be delivered?
All orders placed via the leeshansify webshop are delivered by all trusted delivery service providers around the globe. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the order has been submitted to our warehouse. This email also contains the track & trace code, so that you can track your order. You can also use the code to find out what time your order will be delivered to your shipping address.
• When do I receive my order?
If you order before 23:59, your order will be delivered the next working day. In very rare cases, your package may be delayed. In that case you can always contact us.
• Can I change my order?
You can always email us with a request to change your order. In some cases this is still possible if the package has not yet been offered to PostNL. You can always send an email. We always respond quickly. Please include your order number and indicate what needs to be changed.
• How do I know if my order has been accepted?
As soon as your order has been received by leeshansify online store, you will receive an email with all order details.
• What is the current status of my order?
When your order has been registered for shipping, you will receive an email with the shipping details.
• I have not received an acknowledgment of receipt, order confirmation or delivery announcement by email, what should I do?
In this case, it is best to contact ( info@leeshansify.com ).
• How can I track my order?
After the order has been registered with the carrier, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the order via the carrier's website.
• My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?
It is rare for a package to be lost by the carrier. If this happens, you can send us an email at info@leeshansify.com . We will send a new package immediately.
